Kyhla L. Pollard is a seasoned Architecture and Construction leader with over two decades of experience shaping complex projects across the Southeast United States. As the founder of KaiDimension, she brings a unique blend of technical precision, creative vision, and strategic insight to every project she leads.
With a dual academic foundation in Architecture (B.Sc. Arch, Florida A&M University - FAMU) and Construction Management (M.Sc.CM, Kennesaw State University), Kyhla has worked at the intersection of design and delivery throughout her career. She has held key roles in Architecture firms, Construction Management companies, and Public Sector organizations—always with a focus on innovation, stakeholder alignment, and building performance.
Her expertise spans:
- Program and Project Controls for Capital Improvement Initiatives
- Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and 5D cost analysis
- Preconstruction estimating, budget validation, and schedule risk management
- Multidisciplinary coordination of education, commercial, residential, and civic projects
Kyhla has made notable contributions to high-profile projects such as the Norfolk Southern Headquarters, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Domestic Terminal, and Star Metals Residences. She has served as a Preconstruction Manager for Atlanta Public Schools, where she oversees SPLOST-funded facility upgrades from planning through permitting.
Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Architects (Associate Member) and the Construction Management Association of America, underscoring her commitment to continued excellence and leadership in the built environment.
When she’s not reviewing schedules or guiding teams through digital workflows, Kyhla enjoys exploring the connections between sustainability, design technology, and urban growth. She is also a speaker and educator, having delivered presentations on construction innovation at national conferences such as the CONSTRUCT Show via the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
