For firms and businesses, it means skilled hands-on production: Revit models, construction documents, permit sets, and BIM coordination delivered with the speed and quality of an experienced professional who has sat on every side of the table.

Our team’s experience includes hyperscale data center design for the world's largest technology companies, multi-billion dollar public capital bond program controls, VDC leadership on major corporate and aviation projects, and design and documentation for hospitality, multifamily, retail, franchise, and residential clients across the Southeast and beyond.

Where We're Going

KaiDimension is also a research-informed practice. Our founder is pursuing a PhD in Construction Management with research interests in lifecycle BIM, digital twins, and data-driven capital program delivery, work that keeps the practice at the front edge of how the built environment is planned, delivered, and managed.
